Sessions and Fees

 If you are interested in therapy I am happy to invite you for an initial appointment where we can discuss what brings you to psychotherapy; your thoughts, hopes and any concerns you may have; and to see what working together might be like. There will be space and time for questions and practical considerations such as session times and frequency.

 Sessions are typically once a week and sometimes more, and run for 50 minutes.

 I offer therapy both in person, in Truro and online. My standard fee is £45 but I also have a limited number of low-fee places available.
